What is FLUX Laboratory?

Human life is defined by the symbiotic relationship between the biological and technological. While this relationship is man's "content", his "context" is a construct of society. Culture, then, is the balance between this "content" and "context", giving man his human voice.

FLUX Laboratory is a non-profit space and members' club, which shares the objectives and goals of the FLUXUM Foundation, both in activity and spirit.

FLUX Laboratory is a multifaceted "elaboratory", nurturing creative work and thinking through quality encounters with the arts, dance, science and healthcare, technology and media, style and business. Organized as a community and work group, FLUX Laboratory is open to the world as an active player and thought-leader. FLUX Laboratory gives physical form to the mental space created through innovative ideas and practical realities.

FLUX Laboratory's actual physical space, designed and fully renovated by the architecture firm Brodbeck & Roulet of Geneva, is the symbolic representation of the work that will be carried out there:

1. The White Room (body & mind)
2. The Dark Room (culture & style)
3. Living in culture (appartments - New designs in living)
4. Think Tank (Science & Innovation)
5. The kitchen (Hot desk & Cooking Ideas)

Flux Laboratory members will be able to take advantage of each ingredient while sharing food and drink, building a community network that combines both the real and the virtual domains of communication and interactivity.
